JACKIE - OWNER, PLANNER, & DESIGNER
About six years ago I found myself struggling to keep my head above water as a first year elementary school teacher and planning my own wedding at the same time. Over the months I was engaged I poured my heart into every wedding related detail. Each choice was made with intention and every possibility was conceptualized and thought through. While that year in the classroom wasn’t easy, the process lead way to the idea of owning my own business and a handful of years later Wild One Events was born.
With this business I’ve coupled my organizational skills as a former teacher with my creativity and keen eye for aesthetics in order to serve the busy couple that doesn’t have time to do it all themselves (been there, tried that). Particularly those who aren’t afraid to step outside of the box to make their perfect day come to life. I take a tremendous amount of pride in my work and want to provide my couples with the best service possible. It’s truly my personal goal to make your wedding day an experience, a celebration, and ultimately you.
Frequently Asked Questions
WHY THE NAME?
When coming up with the name of my business I knew I didn't want it to be "Jackie Hibbard Events" because that wasn't in line with my long-term business goals. I hope to someday have a handful of individuals working along side me and I didn't feel that everyone would identify with just my name, yet I still wanted to incorporate a personal touch. I decided to utilize my father-daughter dance song and Wild One Events was born.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
It is hard to say exactly how long Wild One Events has been in business. I helped plan and coordinate my first wedding in the fall of 2015, but Wild One Events didn't become a fully incorporated LLC until July of 2016.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we carry liability insurance.
IF I HIRE WILD ONE EVENTS TO PLAN MY WEDDING AM I COMMITTED TO USING YOU FOR FLORAL DESIGN AS WELL? AND VICE VERSA?
No, absolutely not. While both the floral design and planning sides of the business operate under the name, Wild One Events, clients are in no way committed to utilizing both services. Although we have handled both for weddings in the past, and that is ultimately the direction we want our business to head in, planning and floral design are two separate categories at the moment.
ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK ON WEDDINGS THAT ARE NOT IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA?
Absolutely! We have traveled to Southern Arizona for weddings in the past and are willing to go all over the state in order to bring your vision to life. On the flip side, we have also worked with out of state couples who are getting married in Phoenix and are more than comfortable with those situations as well
